1. Working through HandFlow
The party engaging you must be identified in your engagement agreement. These pages do not classify you as self-employed or replace the engagement and pay arrangements required for the actual relationship. Employment, tax and work-permission requirements must be settled before real work begins.
You may accept or decline an offer without a penalty for declining. HandFlow sets the customer price and your offered pay. Check the scope, time, expected duration and pay before accepting. You perform accepted work personally. An offer is not an assignment until acceptance is confirmed; these terms promise no minimum hours or earnings.
2. Visits and concerns
Arrive prepared, follow the agreed scope and treat customers respectfully. Do not add paid work or time without prior agreement. Stop unsafe work or work outside your competence and contact HandFlow. Report damage, incidents or inability to attend promptly. No automatic cancellation penalty or substitution right is established here.
3. Cash payments
Customers pay you in cash after the work. Check the task’s payment breakdown for the amount to collect, your share and HandFlow’s fees. Confirm cash received only once you have received it.
4. Customer information and support
Use customer details only for the assigned work. Do not share them with unassigned helpers, publish them or use them for personal marketing. Report suspected loss or unauthorised access promptly. Follow the approved retention instructions for any necessary copies.
For help, disputed pay, safety concerns or to discuss leaving, contact [email protected]. Leaving does not remove accrued rights or payment obligations. No fixed notice period or penalty is established here.
