1. Your booking
HandFlow arranges cleaning, gardening and an extra pair of hands in Oxford. Responsible contact: Stas, at [email protected].
Your service supplier must be identified before you commit to a booking. The booking agreement must set out who provides the service and when the contract is formed.
A request or estimate is not a confirmed visit. The normal booking process does not require a phone call. Before you commit, the supplier must confirm the work, time, duration, total price including applicable fees and taxes, and payment arrangements, and provide a confirmation you can keep. Payment and assignment are separate; neither an estimate nor your preferred time guarantees an available tasker.
2. Price and payment
You pay the agreed total in cash to the assigned tasker after completion. Online payment is not available in this release. Extra work, time, travel or materials must be agreed with their price before they are added. The task taking longer does not by itself authorise another charge. This information introduces no new tariff or fee.
3. A safe visit
Provide safe access and explain relevant hazards, pets and priorities. Agree who supplies suitable equipment and materials. Treat each other respectfully. Stop unsafe or materially different work and contact HandFlow.
This everyday-help service is not for emergencies, personal or medical care, supervision of children or dependent adults, or hazardous or regulated work requiring specialist qualifications or equipment. No insurance, vetting or specialist competence is promised by these terms.
4. Changes and cancellation
Contact HandFlow promptly if you need a change or cancellation. A clear statutory cancellation notice does not require operator approval or a particular website form. Rescheduling needs agreement. No separate late-cancellation or no-show fee is established here. If the agreed visit cannot go ahead, an alternative visit needs your agreement.
For an eligible distance service contract with a trader, the normal cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made. Starting within that period requires your express request. Loss of that cancellation right on full performance also requires your prior acknowledgement; selecting a date or accepting general terms is not treated as that evidence.
If you cancel after a properly requested early start, you may owe a lawful proportionate amount for work supplied before cancellation. No charge is due for work supplied during the cancellation period if the required request or cancellation/cost information was missing.
A statutory cancellation refund is due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the supplier is informed, subject to any lawful proportionate service charge, by the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
You may email a clear statement that you wish to cancel, with your name and booking reference so we can identify the contract. You need not use a particular form. The supplier must also provide the statutory model cancellation form where required.
5. Problems and your rights
Email HandFlow with your reference and what happened; you do not need to wait for a feedback request. Where the Consumer Rights Act applies, work must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction may be available. A statutory price-reduction refund is due without undue delay and within 14 days beginning when entitlement is agreed.
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. The Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain data use; they are not requests for marketing consent.
