Who to contact
HandFlow helps people arrange cleaning, gardening and practical help in Oxford.
Responsible contact: Stas. Email: [email protected].
Information we use
We use your name, email, phone number, service address, booking details and messages to handle enquiries and arrange work. We also handle assignment, payment-reference, cancellation and private feedback records. Tasker information includes contact details, services, availability and self-reported university affiliation. Account and security records support protected access.
Required booking and account fields are needed to provide the relevant feature. Descriptions and feedback are optional. Please do not put identity documents, health information, entry codes or payment-card details in task descriptions or feedback.
Why we use it
The legal basis for processing depends on its purpose and who provides the service. Contract or requested pre-contract steps apply where the controller is your contracting party; legitimate interests may apply to security, service quality and resolving problems; legal obligations apply to required records. Reading this notice is not marketing consent.
Sharing and storage
Assigned taskers receive the contact and address details needed for their visit. Unassigned offers do not reveal full customer contacts or addresses. Authorised operators can access relevant service records. Feedback is private, not a public review.
The application uses Supabase for accounts and database services, Resend for service emails and optional Ideal Postcodes address lookup. Online Stripe payments are not available.
Retention depends on the information and its purpose, including service administration, applicable record-keeping duties and unresolved complaints or claims. Immediate deletion from all systems or backups is not promised.
Your choices
Contact HandFlow to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Matching uses services, eligibility, availability, scheduling conflicts and payment state; the first valid acceptance is assigned automatically. Contact HandFlow to question matching or an eligibility decision. Any additional safeguards required for significant automated decisions remain to be assessed.
